All Twin Peaks Families Invited to the Launch of Rachel’s Challenge at Twin Peaks

Rachel’s Challenge is a program that will empower students to create a positive change and to start a chain reaction of kindness and compassion. Twin Peaks Middle School, with the support of the PTSA, is hosting this dynamic event for all Twin Peaks families to launch the Rachel’s Challenge program at Twin Peaks. This powerful presentation is based on the final essay of student Rachel Scott. She was the first person killed at Columbine in 1999. A prolific writer, she focuses on how kindness can make a tremendous difference in the lives of others. Your family’s attendance at this one-time event will support and complement your student’s participation in the Rachel’s Challenge Program as it is implemented at Twin Peaks throughout the school year.

We look forward to seeing you on Monday, September 12, 2011 at 7 p.m. in the Tierra Bonita MPR. This short hour will leave you changed. Attend this evening event and see for yourself.
